REPAIR SERVICE GUIDLINE
This is our 5 Step Guidline to making contact with you to getting your System Repaired to getting it shipped back.

CONTACT US
You can reach us at Email westcoastdronerepair@gmail.com. We will then set you up with an RMA # and send you off the necessary paperwork. If you would like to fast track this service you can select and purchase your product you are looking for diagnostic on in our Online Store or featured at the bottom of this page and we will send you the paperwork provided.

SHIP YOUR PRODUCT
Once you have received your RMA # and Paperwork simply ship your unit to the address provided. Please only ship the Unit and the remote. Batteries, Props, and Chargers are not needed for the repair.

DIAGNOSTIC
Once we receive your unit we will let you know by email and begin the Diagnostic within a 48Hr Period. Once the Diagnostic is complete we will then send you a full detailed quote on what is wrong with the unit and what parts are needed to repair the unit

REPAIR
Once we are given the go ahead on the repair we will begin to repair the unit. This shouldn't take longer then 48Hrs from approval to completion.

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING BACK
Your unit is ready and repaired. Once we receive payment for the repair we will box it up and ship it back to you working and ready for action.
